1. Estimated Delivery Time

It usually takes 10-15 working days for delivery when the order is placed

All the shipping fees and taxes will be calculated on the payment page. No additional fee will occur after the order is placed

3. Potential Delivery Delays

The estimated delivery time is based on the information provided by the carrier, where more delivery time may be required with uncontrollable factors (e.g. terrible weather condition, delay in custom processment and strike)

4. Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number when the order is shipped.

5. Delivery Zone

We deliver our products to the United States (except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam)
