Return and Refund Policy
Return Period
- Non-custom items: returnable within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom items: returnable only for defects, wrong items, or major discrepancies.
Return Process
Contact customer support for authorization before returning. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Item Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless due to platform error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 10–15 business days after inspection, to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products without quality issues
- Items returned after the return window
- Used items returned without valid reason
- Refused or unclaimed items at customs
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Return is required first.
